The Hidden Wounds of Bullying—and the Power to Heal
/Words have tremendous power.
They can encourage us, inspire us, and help us grow. But they can also leave emotional wounds that linger long after they are spoken.
When I first watched this young woman's courageous response to cyberbullying, I knew I wanted to share it. Her message reminds us that the labels placed on us by others do not define who we truly are.
Many of us carry painful beliefs about ourselves that began with criticism, rejection, or bullying. Over time, those experiences can quietly shape the way we see ourselves and the choices we make.
The encouraging news is that those beliefs don't have to last forever. Healing is possible, and we can learn to see ourselves through the eyes of truth rather than through the hurtful messages we've received.
I hope this inspiring video encourages you as much as it encouraged me.
If this video resonates with you and you've been carrying painful beliefs about yourself because of bullying, rejection, or criticism, approaches that work with subconscious beliefs may help you begin seeing yourself in a new and healthier way.
